MAUREEN MILLER
is a dive professional who embraces the
practice of good buoyancy. She enjoys taking underwater photos
and shares many of her humble efforts on this website. She is a
patient teacher with beginning and apprehensive students and has
demonstrated, on more than one occasion, her ability to deal
with the unexpected. She can also claim the lion’s share of
social skills within the team.
BuoyancyQuest , LLC. is a partnership of Independent SCUBA Instructors ,based in Whitman, Massachusetts. We do not have a retail storefront nor a formal relationship with a retail dive center. HOWEVER….we do not lack imagination in our approach to SCUBA Training & Travel. We offer most standardized PADI beginner and follow up diver training as well as Exciting Travel Opportunities. We pride ourselves on the emphasis that we place on fundamental skills, especially Buoyancy Control. We believe that strong foundation skills should not be postponed until; advanced, specialty or technical training. We build competent divers from day one.  JOHN NOFTALL is the founder of BuoyancyQuest. He is an open water instructor and a cave diver. He has very high end buoyancy skills that he shares with both students and colleagues leading some to consider him a Buoyancy Guru. He has mentored a number of colleagues prior to their cave training and has been leading Dive Travel Groups for more than a decade, specializing mostly in Mexican Dive Travel.
